🌿 Why This Reset Matters
This reset comes from a familiar scene in our community: the pantry that spills over until the breakfast nook becomes backup storage.
The fix isn’t fancy bins or extra shelves.
It’s clearing what’s quietly in the way.
The goal is simple: make space in the pantry so things can actually go in there, instead of overflowing onto the floor or table.
💛 Time box: do it in passes, not all at once.
📋 Rules: start with trash, don’t overthink categories, focus on visible wins first.
R → Remove the Trash
Most people start here, and it’s the right move.
Grab a bag (or two).
Toss anything clearly done: stale chips, empty boxes, torn packaging, mystery wrappers.
Let go of things that should’ve been refrigerated but weren’t.
Don’t organize yet. You’re just making room to think.
💡 Why it works: Trash is the fastest way to create space and momentum.
“Clarity starts the moment you make space to see.”
✏️ Reflection:
What surprised you when you started clearing?
